If the requesting State/Territory requires a Verification of Licensure and/or exam grades to be completed on their state form:

1. Pay the $22 fee to the State Board online at Professional Engineers - Verification of Licensure.
2. Send that state's verification form along with a copy of the payment confirmation screen to: DLOPLProfessionalEngineers-LABOR@maryland.gov
3. If the State Board requesting verification has their own form to be filled out. Follow the above instructions in step 1 and step 2.

If you need a Verification of Licensure and/or exam grades sent to NCEES, a state or territory that doesn’t require their form to be completed:

1. Submit a request through NCEES' electronic verification system through the NCEES website. NCEES does not charge a fee for this service.
2. Pay the $22 fee to the State Board online at Professional Engineers - Verification of Licensure

Your request will be completed in approximately three to five business days. Contact the Board at DLOPLProfessionalEngineers-LABOR@maryland.gov for information.
