MD Labor Americans with Disabilities Act Policy - Office of Fair Practices

In accordance with Executive Order 01.01.2007.19, the Code of Fair Employment Practices, the Maryland Department of Labor is dedicated to a strong policy prohibiting discrimination on the basis of age, ancestry, color, creed, marital status, mental or physical disability, national origin, race, religious affiliation, belief or opinion, sex, or sexual orientation.
