OD 22-013 Driver Justin Parker is fined $50.00 for failing to drive when programmed on BLARNEY’SBLUESTONE in the first race on June 29th, 2022 at Ocean Downs. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

OD 22-016 Trainer Lewis Nunes is fined $500.00 for being the trainer of record on sample #E532581 taken from ROLL WITH FRED in the 1st race on June 26th, 2022 at Ocean Downs, was found to contain the drug Flunixin, at a concentration of 10.7 ng/ml. Trainer Nunes is fined $500.00, and must forfeit all purse monies. ROLL WITH FRED finished 1st and was placed 8th. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling, and all purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance.

July 18, 2022 - Ocean Downs
OD 22-017 Driver Rick Still is suspended from driving from July 20th, 2022 through July 22nd, 2022 for interference (hooking wheels) in the stretch with A J MORELLI while driving BUSH MAN N in the twelfth race on July 17th, 2022 at Ocean Downs. BUSH MAN N finished fourth and was placed sixth.
