RCR 22-016 Driver Justin Vincent is fined $100.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving THATAGAIN in the 6th race on May 4th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 22-017 Driver Mark Gray is fined $100.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving KISSESFORSTANLEY in the 4th race on May 4th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

May 18, 2022 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 22-018 Trainer Chris Scicluna is fined $500.00 for being the trainer of record on sample #E505515 taken from PASS LINE BLUECHIP in the 12th race on April 27th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway, was found to contain the drug 5-Hydroxydantrolene (Dantrolene). Trainer Scicluna is fined $500.00, and must forfeit all purse monies. PASS LINE BLUECHIP is disqualified, finishing 1st and placed 7th. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance, and all fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

May 25, 2022 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 22-019 Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $400.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving SON OF A LYNX in the 2nd race on May 21st, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. This is Mr. Roberts’ third offense of the meet. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

May 29, 2022 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 22-020 Trainer Ernest Taylor for being the trainer of record on sample #E505567 taken from MEMORYDREAM in the 10th race on May 11th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway, was found to contain the drug Amphetamine. Trainer Taylor will be issued a 30 day full suspension from May 29th, 2022 through June, 27th 2022. During this suspension, he and all horses trained and owned by him are barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Any transfer of horses during the suspension must be approved by the judges at Rosecroft Raceway or the Maryland Racing Commission. MEMORYDREAM is disqualified, finishing 2nd and was placed last. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance.
