RCR 22-039 Driver David Rearic is fined $150.00 for interference after the 1/4 pole with CAL while driving HI SIR in the 14th race on October 27th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. HI SIR finished 7th and was placed 8th. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 22-040 Trainer William Andrews is fined $100.00 for appearing in the grandstand dressed in his colors without permission from the judges on November 3rd, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 22-046 Trainer John Wagner is fined $500, for being the trainer of record on sample #E537760 taken from ISETTE HANOVER in the 6th race on November 1st, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway, was found to contain the drug Firocoxib. Due to potential mitigating circumstances, trainer Wagner is fined $500.00 and must return all purse monies. ISETTE HANOVER finished 1st and was placed last. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance, and all fines are due within 10 days of ruling.

RCR 22-047 Trainer John Wagner, for being the trainer of record on sample #E537777 taken from MY NAME IS HAIRY in the 8th race on November 3rd, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway, was found to contain the drug Firocoxib. Due to potential mitigating circumstances, trainer Wagner must return all purse monies. MY NAME IS HAIRY finished 1st and was placed last. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance.
COMAR: 09.10.03.04.B. One Multiple Medication Violation (MMV) point assessed.

November 29, 2022 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 22-048 Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $200.00 for excessive use of the whip while driving COMPASSROSE DE VIE in the 6th race on November 22nd, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. This is Mr. Robert’s second offense of the meet. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
