RCR 25-002 February 7, 2025 - Rosecroft Raceway

Driver Michael Greene is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip (one-handed whipping) while driving LEGAL POWER in the 2nd race on February 3rd, 2025 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received. COMAR: 09.10.03.03 A(14)

RCR 25-003 February 7, 2025 - Rosecroft Raceway

Driver Jonathan Roberts is suspended from driving from February 6th, 2025 through February 8th, 2025 (3 days) for interference before the ½ pole (carrying another horse out) with LYONS STEALTH while driving RICKYBOBBYNTHEHAUS in the 13th race on February 3rd, 2025 at Rosecroft Raceway. RICKYBOBBYNTHEHAUS finished 4th and was placed 5th. COMAR: 09.10.02.33 H(1)(f).

RCR 25-004 February 26, 2025 - Rosecroft Raceway

Driver Brian Burton is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip (one-handed whipping) while driving ALWAYS ON TOP in the 7th race on February 24th, 2025 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received. COMAR: 09.10.03.03 A(14)
