RCR 23-001 Driver Jason Thompson is fined $150.00 for failing to drive when programmed on HIT ME UP in the 10th race, MY NAME IS HAIRY in the 12th race, and SPRECKLES in the 13th race on January 24th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
