RCR 23-014 Driver Trae Porter is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip while driving BORN DESIRE in the 8th race on March 2nd, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 23-015 Driver Declan Donoway is suspended from driving from March 12th, 2023 through March 14th, 2023 for interference after the start with STICK THAT LIP OUT while driving ALEXIS’ FRATERNITY in the 2nd race on March 7th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. ALEXIS’ FRATERNITY finished 7th and was placed 8th.

RCR 23-016 Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $200.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving TAPPED TEEN in the 10th race on March 16th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway.
