RCR 23-031 Driver Trae Porter is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip (one-handed whipping) in the stretch while driving WHITESVILLE TUG in the 9th race on October 3rd, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 23-032 Driver Jacob Roglitz is fined $150.00 for delaying the start (causing a recall without good cause) while driving ONE COOL CAT in the 10th race on October 12th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be fined until payment is received.

RCR 23-034 Driver Hugh O`Neil is fined $150.00 for interference before the 1/2 pole with MARCO BEACH while driving PRECISION BLUECHIP in the 11th race on October 28th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. PRECISION BLUECHIP finished 1st and was placed 3rd. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
