Driver Jason Thompson is suspended from driving for three days (September 4th, 2025 through September 6th, 2025) for carrying out horse TWIN B LOUDACRIS in the stretch while driving SALAZAR HANOVER in the 6th race on August 31st, 2025 at Ocean Downs. SALAZAR HANOVER finished 1st and was placed 2nd. COMAR: 09.10.02.33 H(1)(f)

Trainer Janet Davis was the trainer of record on horse ROCK ON THE HILL in the 7th race on August 11th, 2025 at Ocean Downs. Post-race analysis of blood sample #E636113 taken from identified ROCK ON THE HILL identified the presence of Isoflupredone at a concentration of 697 pg/mL+-18 pg/mL. The threshold for this controlled therapeutic medication is 100 pg/mL. As a result, Davis is fined $500.00 and must return all purse monies. Additionally, ROCK ON THE HILL is disqualified, finishing first and placed seventh. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance, and all fines are due within 10 days of the ruling. COMAR: 09.10.03.04.B. 1/2 Multiple Medication Violation (MMV) point assessed.
