Baltimore County Office of Employment & Training - Training incentives available include: On-the-Job Training (OJT), Cooperative programs (workplace & instruction), Upgrade skills training, Entrepreneurial, Occupational skills, Job readiness, and Customized training.

Community Colleges of Baltimore County - Offers a wide variety of non-credit educational opportunities through the Continuing Education & Training Division of Community Colleges of Baltimore County. Courses in almost any subject area desired by local businesses, agencies and groups can be custom designed to fit your needs.

Vocational Rehabilitation - The Division of Rehabilitation Services promotes the employment, economic self-sufficiency and independence of individuals with disabilities.

Maryland Department of Aging – Identifies low-income persons 55 and older in need of employment and training. Training is accomplished within participating non-profit agencies or government entities that provide a community service to the general populations or senior population.

Baltimore County Department of Aging Senior Employment Services - The Senior Aides program provides community employment opportunities to eligible low-income Baltimore County residents age 55 and over. Participants earn the minimum wage while working in the community for government and non-profit agencies. The goal of the program in to provide work experience and on-the-job training to improve the individual’s skills and thus enhance their ability to obtain unsubsidized employment.

Towson University - A public four-year undergraduate & graduate liberal arts institution Towson University is the second largest university in Maryland. It is a member of the University System of Maryland with an enrollment of more than 16,000 students. Towson is nationally recognized for its excellent programs in the arts, sciences, education and computer information systems.

University of Maryland Baltimore County - UMBC offers 37 majors and 32 minors or certificate programs in the physical and biological sciences, social and behavioral sciences, engineering, mathematics, information technology, humanities and visual and performing arts.

Stevenson University - Stevenson University is a regional, coeducational college offering master’s, bachelor’s and associate degrees with more than 2300 students enrolled annually. At its core is a blend of traditional arts and sciences education with a distinctive integration of career planning into the curriculum.

Loyola College - Loyola College is comprised of the College of Arts and Sciences and The Sellinger School of Business and Management, and offers undergraduate and professional development programs. The College has locations in Baltimore, Columbia and Timonium. Classes are also offered in Anne Arundel, Harford and Cecil counties.

Goucher College - Goucher College is a private, coeducational, liberal arts and sciences college that combines intensive classroom study with extensive off-campus and international experience to go beyond education and put higher learning into action. Goucher is home to 1,200 undergraduate and over 700 graduate students.
